Problems with license server manager

Hi,

I have changed my laptop and need to start using Trados Studio on the new laptop. I have installed the software and I am currently using the trial version as I was not able to activate the license on the license server manager. This same thing happened a few years ago when I updated to a newer operating system. Last time one of your technicians helped me set it up remotely. The server needs to run on the same laptop and I am not able to get the set up working despite reading a lot of instructions.
