If the error occurs when updating a server-based translation memory, the root cause is a different one. You may be dealing with the issue described here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0030463

If the article does not apply in your case, it would probably be best to create a separate post, providing some additional information:

- the Trados Studio and GroupShare (or other server) versions in use

- the exact scenario when the problem occurs

- a screenshot of the error message

This issue has been fixed with GroupShare 2020 CU2 and newer.
