I have been using Trados Studio 2019 perfectly for the past 2 years, but a few days ago my notebook broke and I was forced to change the internal disk. Therefore, now I need to reinstall and reactivate my license, but I seem to be unable to do it without access to the product.

At present, I have 2 licenses and one of them is working perfectly, but I need instructions on how to get the deactivation certificate for the other one.

As you can imagine, time is of the utmost importance, since Trados is my main CAT tool for work.
