We have recently installed Groupshare on our premises and activated license however it is still showing as Trial version and counting days until expiry.
Could you please advise what can we do in this situation?

I recently replaced my desktop PC: I have SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus. I deactivated Studio on my old PC then reinstalled it on my new machine. Activation was successful 4 days ago and my SDL account is still showing 1 licence in use.
Today I started up Studio and it is showing trail version with a countdown to expiry.
Please advise,
