We received the activation code together with the programme in May 2019. We then realised that this licence does not work with network computers. We now installed the programme on a stand-alone laptop which is not connected with the network. I have now deactivated the licence. What do I have to do next?

You have a Studio 2019 Freelance license, that can only be used on a 'stand alone PC' that isnt connected to a corporate domain.
The account is showing that the license is still in use- you can reset the license simply by logging into your account-licenses
Once reset, you will be able to reactivate on the required (non domain connected) PC.
