Dear Licensing Team,
I uninstalled the program from my old computer and reinstalled it on the new one, but can't activate it.
I was able to generate a deactivation ticket, but was not sure how to "return it to my SDL account".
Then, in my account I tried to reset it, as I didn't find any place to upload my deactivation ticket. That didn't help, the page sent an error message, and nothing has changed since then.
However, in my account it is indicated that my license is in use.
Please, help me get back my working tool.
