Like other translators, I encountered this problem this morning. I don't use TRADOS often recently. The last time was the end of November and it worked good.
I followed the information shared on the forum - such as deleting .lic in the SDL file then restart. It unfortunately did not work for me.
- Close the Product Activate dialog.
- Rename the file Studio.lic found in folder
- For Studio 2019: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data.
- Start Studio and activate the license as usual.
I checked the registry and it seems I have the license key.
