I had my trados 2014 installed in my old computer, which didn't work properly and I had to reformat completely... (So I didn't have the opportunity to uninstal it). Now I would like to use the same liscence in my new computer, but It seems not possible. Any clues what can I do (appart from purchasing a new liscence)?

When I try to activate it I see the following message:
"error de activación. Cannot create license. - Error de socket 2"

Yes, I enabled Trados in the Firewall but still doesn't work. I tried offline installation, but it asks Installation ID, and I can't find it anywhere.

As I tried to activate it offline, they asked me (in the sdl website) for my Installation ID, which I couldn't find anywhere... But today I realised I had to open Trados, and in the activation window of the software there is also an option to alternative activation or offline activation, or something similar. I copied there my license and the Installation ID appeared! I could then paste this ID in the SDL license website and they generated a longer code, that had to be copied into the software again. And it worked! :)
