The first erro mesage is:
Error 1603: A fatal error occurred during installation.
Then, the second I'm attaching a printscreen for it.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS Development Kit and rename the System folder.  So for example, change this:
   c:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS Development Kit\System
   to this:
   c:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS Development Kit\System_old
   
   
2. Open a command line as administrator.  To do this type CMD into the run field in Windows and select "Run as administrator" like this:
   
   
   
3. Type the following commands into the command line
         cd C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2021SR1
   Press the enter key
         lsinit.exe  –debug
   Press the enter key
   Should look like this before the final press of the enter key
   
   
   
4. Allow the process to continue when prompted and you'll see something like this:
   
   Press the enter key again, and close the command prompt
   
   
5. Finally run the Studio installer again.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your help. It works fine now. Do you think it is possible to test service packs on a local PC to see if causes issues before dispatching? I was lucky to have 2019 operative. I can't imagine the damage if I had sent to my clients telling them that I'll not deliver any jobs for an unknown period of time.

Of course.  If you don't have a plus licence just deactivate you licence on the production machine and then activate it again on your test PC.  Upgrade, test, satisfy yourself, then deactivate the licence and reactivate your production machine and upgrade.
