My SDL Trados 2015 running on a Windows 10 laptop fails to initialize even after deinstalling and reinstalling the product several times.
I need to deactivate the license so that I can reinstall the product on another computer, but the Product Activation tab is not available.
Can you help me to force return my license?
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2015.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
