My Trados cannot connect to the Internet (Unable to access the server translation memories)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I do not know who to contact.

I am writing this e-mail because I am experiencing an important technical problem with Trados 2021.

My software does not find my Internet connection. Yet, my Internet connection is working fine. I do have a "Notification" (with the orange bell on the top right) indicating that I have "No Internet connection". This "Notification" also asks me to click on a green button ("Try again") to solve the problem. But when I click on it, nothing happens.

I therefore cannot connect to the server translation memories and I cannot work properly.

I tried to connect with different projects that include server translation memories, but none of them worked. I am sure that the servers are working fine, because a friend of mine is able to work with the server translation memories without any problem. This means that the problem comes from my software itself.

I tried to solve this problem by doing the following:

1) restart Trados;

2) restart the connection to the SDL servers;

3) reinstall Trados.

None of these methods have worked.

What can I do to solve this problem?
