Suddenly I can't activate my language cloud subscription

Suddenly, I can't activate my SDL Trados Studio Freelance. 

I checked that the device is registered on my SDL Trados Live account, but on trados app. it's not working. Activation page says 'Your language cloud subscription has expired. To renew it or select a new package, visit your SDL account.' But I purchased SDL Trados Sutdio Freelance on Dec 3, 2020(10 days ago).

I deleted the registred device and tried again, same.

It happens after 'No internet connection' message appeared.

And I still don't get the solution regarding the activation problem when connecting USB devices.

So many problems. SDL make me sick of it.

Please, help me.
