when I want to open a document to work with it, I see this message. 
I tried to uninstall the programm, but this message appears. 
I tried this solutions ( https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032886 ), but they didn´t help. (this message appears).
Could you help me, please?
