Hi, I need to deactivate my license, in order to activate it on my new computer but the "Deaktivieren" link is not working; I get an error message on the page which says: "Deaktivierung fehlgeschlagen. Revocation in not allowed for an expired lincese".
When I go to my profile on Trados it says "Expiration: no expiration day".
Could you please help me?
