Hi Paul,
I had to activate my subscription this time, not my license. So no license key for that.
I've received support from SDL and it solved the problem.
I had to delete Machine Translation.bin files from locally installed Trados.
I'll be back with the link.
After deleting the files, I was able to enter again my credentials and login to my cloud subscription.
