I have changed to another new laptop last week, I went through the deactivate and reactivate licence process and it went well. Until today when I renamed my pc in Windows... It seems that Trados believe this is a new laptop again... But because I did not anticipate this behaviour, I did not deactivate the licence...
As I cannot achieve to deactivate the licence (offline deactivation does not work), I am stuck.
Could you please deactivate my licence?
