You should be able to reset your license through your SDL Account-
Are you continually moving the license from one PC to another?
If so its worth noting that Studio 2017 will no longer be supported at the end of the year-
If you are considering an upgrade, you might want to upgrade to the PLUS version, that allows you to install and activate Studio on TWO standalone machines at any time, which you may find useful.
