URGENT Problem reinstalling Trados 2019 + 2021

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have reinstalled Trados 2021 but Trados 2019 does not retrieve the license automatically..it asks for another license??What can I do?

 What version of Studio 2019 you have installed? You need to have SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU7 - Build 15.2.7.2849. 
 If you don`t have this version you can download it from here: sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/.../SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU7_2849.zip&#160;
