Hi all, 

I use Studio 2021 Freelance Plus on two computers. I tried deactivating on one of the computers and it just won't budge. If I do it the standard way, from inside the application (Help > Deactivate Product), I get a notification saying: "Deactivation Failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded."

If I try using offline deactivation (/www.sdltrados.com/video/sdl-trados-studio-how-to-deactivate-your-licence-offline/99266/), at the "Generate Certificate" stage I get stuck with this notification: "Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization my not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your SDL account."

At some point the system sent an automated message to Support and they sent me a deactivaiton ticket, but that didn't work either. 

The second activation has been deactivated on another computer without any problems. 

Any ideas?
