Unable to sign in to SDL Language Cloud: An account has already been linked to your organization

I can login fine to my "normal" SDL account with keith@keithbaddeley.com but when I try to log in to SDL Language Cloud in Trados Studio 2021, including when requested to do so in the SDL AppStore, I get this error:

"An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team."

Looking at other people's problems, it seems that when I changed my email address (ages ago!), it didn't get changed/I didn't also change it for SDL Language Cloud, so they're now disconnected. Previous email could have been keith@veracitrad.com or keithbaddeley67@gmail.com. 

Can someone take a look and help me sort this out, please!
