I can not download License Server Manager from my profile in Products > Download.
I can not deasctivate my 2019 licenses without it, I can not activate my 2021 licenses without deactivating the previous ones.
I am not able to work at all, this is very urgent !!

Hello there!
I'm facing the same issue as Andréa is. Just downloaded Trados 2019 Professional Version to my new machine and am unable to activate it or upgrade my version to Trados 2021.
Any ideas?
