Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started.

Question

I've searched this forum and haven't found an error identical to mine, "Platform Services", though I have tried all solutions proposed to similar issues. 
 
 Any recommendation on what to do regarding this specific error?

We managed to solve the issue by following the contents of this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge and updating Windows.
