Service version not current Error code 65 message when opening Trados Studio 2011 SP2

Question

Hello, I am reinstalling the SP2 version of my Trados Studio 2011, but not only do I not see the Icon displayed on my desktop, the application is installed in the ProgramData/PackageCache forlder and the Trados Studio 2011 SP2 icon does not appear anywhere, so I needed to use a preexisting icon but then I get the 65 error message: Service version not current.... 
 I have no idea what is going on...need urgent help please

 I already replied on the other thread you opened, there`s no need to open multiple threads for the same issue.
