Hello,

Some of us at the office have been working with the test version of Trados 2021 lately. The period of test version is now finished and we need to activate the original license for 2021. To do that, we need to deactivate Trados 2019. Deactivating 2019 and activating 2021 both do not seem to work (online or offline).

We are working with SDL Trados 2021 SR1 - 16.1.2.1490

There are some licenses on which more people are working together. Will their license be reset as well? One half will still need to be using 2019 and the others can switch to 2021.

We need help a.s.a.p. since some of my colleagues are unable to finish the translation project that are due today.
