You can reset your own license by logging in and then selecting- Reset License and then choosing the activation you wish to reset.

I have the exact same problem.
I am currently working in the demo version since I had to reinstall my Windows anyway, hoping I could just keep trying again but it still doesn't work.

Your license has been deactivated from our end and it`s now available for activation. Have you tried to activate it? Are you encountering any issue?
