Do you have more information as to why some can and others cannot install Studio?

Are they reporting any error messages?

Often the reason for the inability to install is the chosen browser... often changing the browser, or ensuring this is actually up to date resolves this issue.

I cannot tell you really. Some students will install Trados 2021, because we also bought new licenses recently. Among those who received the Trados 2019 licences I have only received emails from those who saisd they could not install it. I sent them the link to offline installing that I have available in my/university's area but they say it does not open

It would be really useful if your students could provide more information.

Simply saying it doesn't open, doesn't help us diagnose the issue.

Are they able to download the software? Is this in the downloads' folder?

When they install the software, does this show any error messages?

Or is it simply the software is asking for an activation code after installation?

Can they provide screenshots?
