I'm not able to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus license offline. I receive an error message. My laptop crashed yesterday and Windows will have to be reinstalled since it is no longer accessible. Since I need to reinstall Trados Studio I also need to have my licence available again. Could anybody help me or issue a support ticket? Thanks, Stefano
