Has this already been resolved for you as you7r account is showing you have both activations available which you can use immediately

Thank you I just tried. but it did'nt work the licence activation code may be obsolete or to old. I got this message
and my internet connexion is ok.
I cannot activate it offline because i havent any activation certifcate from the old one any more. The one i got wasn't recognised or unvalid
I am still working with a trial version i downloaded from my account.
