Hi,
Would it be possible for you to deactivate my license for SDL Trados Studio 2014? It is rather urgent, I'm afraid.
Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place, I'm not used to this kind of forums.
Best regards,
Andreas

Hi Sorin,
Thank you, I can see that you have reset my license, but the activation key does not work. I get the error message "Socket error 2 (Support reference: SocketError2 -77)". My computer has access to the Internet, so I don't think I need an offline activation.
Do you have any idea what might be the matter?
Regards,
Andreas
Hi Sorin,
Resetting my license, you somehow seem to have rendered my activation code obsolete. When I enter my activation code, as stated in my SDL Account, I just get the error message mentioned above.
I have a second installation on a PC in another location, and now I fear that you have deactivated this one as well.
Could you please help me out here?
Regards,
Andreas
Hello Andreas L. Nordahl,
Please try to activate your license offline even if you have internet connection, this is the only alternative. The fact that the license was reset from our end should not affect the functionality of Studio on the second computer.
Thank you,
Sorin

Hi Sorin,
Thanks, that actually worked!
