Hello,
I have reinstalled Windows on a computer. I tried to deactivate SDL 2021 before that, from the software, but I got an error message. I have also tried to deactivate offline, but I get the message:
An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
The click on "please log a support request" takes me to the Community, and I can't find the page where to log the support ticket.
Could you please help me?
