I have a license activation problem. When I insert the license key and press the OK button, the whole program is closed.

Please try to reset Studio to default settings and run a Repair installation and see if it works ok afterwards. Also, make sure that all Windows updates are installed.

Thanks for your reply. We did everything according to instruction, but this issue was not solved. When entering the license key, the program is closed.
