Dear community,
I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 Version 15.2.7.2849 have purchased the new Studio 2021.
In order to activate the new version, I need to activate the old version first. When I try to do so, an error message appears:
“Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded”.
Can anybody help, please?
