I'm posting this message on behalf of our client Martine Kinzinger from Bureau Levebvre - martine@bureau-lefebvre.com. I did a remote session with her since she's been having issues with Studio 2019 since installing an update; Studio won't allow her to create projects since the source files are not accepted - see error stack below where Studio says the file doesn't exist. I did a reset of the basic settings, and wanted to run the Studio 2019 installer once more as an admin, but Martine didn't have the installation file anymore and when she tried to download it from her account, nothing happened. Since he's simply unable to use Studio at the moment, it would be great if you could help. This is the error, which was thrown when trying to create a project based on a brand new project template that I created for her:
