installing Sdl trados on my new laptop without being able to deactivate it on my old laptop

Hello, 
 I lost my old laptop and just bought a new one and I am trying to download SDL Trados Studio 2014 SP2 Freelancer plus on it. It is not working. 
 When I try to enter the activation code, I get the message attached as a screenshot. 
 Can you please advise how can I solve this problem?
