I received an account with you recently by signing up for a free Trial. Unfortunately it looks like i do not have any access to the software at all. What do i need to do to activate and install the trial license?

For the free trial of Studio Trados 2021 desktop , downloaded via our webpage https://www.sdltrados.com/products/trados-studio/free-trial.html please retry the download using a different browser and an installer should be downloaded on your PC.
Please note that the trial version it is a professional version with 3 limitations - you can not use the MultiTerm, apps from the Appstore and language cloud machine translation (these features are available with a licensed version of Studio freelance or professional)
Once you have installed Studio trados please note the trial version does not have an activation code. On the first page that appears when opening Studio Trados please click on Continue Trial
