NMT throws up an error at first attempt

Question

I just installed Studio 2021 Freelance and wanted to check out the NMT feature. I followed the instructions in the official video, but upon my very first CTR-ENTER on a segment that I had already translated, the programme threw up an error message and subsequently shut down! So much for first impressions! Not one line translated.

 It would be helpful if you could post the full error stack as this may shed light on the issue. 
 Also it would be good to know the exact version number of Studio 2021 you are running and whether you have updated or not.
