For SDL Trados 2007 and SDL Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For SDL Trados 2011 and SDL Trados Studio 2014 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For SDL Trados 2015, SDL Trados Studio 2017, SDL Trados Studio 2019 and SDL Trados Studio 2021 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

I tried multiple times already and an error message appeared. This also happened in July when I switched to a new computer and it could only be solved by the support team.
I'm using Trados 2019. I've also tried the "deactivate offline" option following all th instructions, but there is no deactivate link in the logbox.
And why can't I log a support case directly like last time in July?
