Hi,
My computer crashed and I had a trial activation uploaded to another computer which expires in two days. Can you please force deactivate my license so I can use it on the other computer. I had emailed someone at SDL but I believe because of the holidays he is out of the office until Monday. Can someone please asap deactivate this so I can use my license on another computer.

If you really want this deactivated then it will require the licensing team who are on holiday as you thought. However, if you are now using a different computer do you really need a license at all? Can't you just install the trial and have 30-days? Try ignoring the license an it should give you 30-days free if this is a new computer and Studio has never been installed on there before.
