Licence Activation NOT available even after more than 30 mins?

I have a SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus product installed in on computer, where I have deactivated it.

Since then I have downloaded the install file for SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus in another computer and waiting for the activation license to be available but it keeps saying 'Available - 0'.

I understand we need to wait for 30 minutes for the SDL website to be updated but it seems its been more than an hour but the available licence is still showing as ZERO.

Can someone please help? Is it possible due to Christmas holidays, their website is in some sort of limbo and I have to wait for them to be back in the office? that would be unprofessional but lets hope it isn't.
