Hi,

I have purchased a new SDL Studio 2021 licence. I downloaded the software, and entered my licence number. All went well. Upon rebooting my computer, I was asked to enter my licence again. But this time the software did not want to accept it, saying it was already in use. I have 24 days left on the trial version and need this resolve soon, as I use this software to work. 

This problem already happened to my last week when I tried to transfer my SDL Studio 2017 licence to my new computer and could not do it. So I ended up purchasing a new SDL Studio 2021 licence.

Can you please help me?
