I installed Trados on a new computer, activated it and then deactivated the licence on the old computer (I have two licenses). That was displayed on my account page too.

When I started Trados the next day, the licence showed not active. So I activated again. Unfortunately now both licenses are used though I use only one on my new computer. So I can not activate the second on my old laptop, which I need to do to check settings for an addon.

I tried to deactivate offline but that doesn't work. I receive an error message. So could you please help me. Thank you
