I have found the solution: Chrome was the issue. I used another browser and everything went fine.

I bought last week the upgrade from 2017 to 2021 but I am unable to dowload the files. I tried the ftp link but I received an error message because the connexion to the ftp is too long.
I need the software to begin a new project.
Is there someone who can help me?
