SDL Multiterm won't open on my laptop. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it by downloading from my SDL account but the link is broken. Please advise.

Hi Bridget,
If the download link isn't working, the solution is to try using a different internet browser. For example, if you tried downloading it in Google Chrome then try again using Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, or indeed Firefox...
