I have checked it from my side and the license (both activations) appear to be not in use. I would also suggest to try to download it with a different browser, not Chrome, such as Internet Explorer, Edge or Firefox and you should be able to download and install Studio 2017.

I used Firefox.  I just don't see where i can activte it. I will try with the instructions of the links. Thanks

You just need to log in the sdl account, but with a different browser, after you have downloaded and installed the software ( the installer can be found in your sdl account under Products&Plans - downloads) you can activate the software with the activation key. That activation key can be found also in your sdl account under Prodcuts&Plans - Licenses. 

Yes, it did help, I don't know why, but its the Trial version that was first installed. I was able to use the activation code this time and I can see there is no more licence available on SDL's website, so I guess it's working fine. Thanks a lot.

Hi Diane,

It's the full version that you downloaded, which acts as a trial version until you apply a Freelance, Freelance Plus or Professional license to it.

Thanks to you, it's a little confusing when you see « Trial 30 days » and no option to enter a license code.

I'm not sure why that was. There should have been a button to click to activate by adding your license code...

Ah well, it's sorted now!
