Resetting my license

My name is Teruki Ito.

I've had the similar cases several times in the past, but

one of my Trados 2021 freelance plus license is kept activated from 14 December 2021 somehow.

I tried to reset my license by following procedure, however,

I could not find a "Reset License" link in my account license page.

Please let me know what to do next. I don't want to bother the support staff.

I want to reset by myself if I can.

My latest order number is 602996.
