Problems with Trados licence, Socket error 2-77

Question

Hi. I have a problem with my licence for Trados 2014. During the last weeks, I get this error message when I try to activate it: "Activation failed. Socket error2-77". I searched your database but your solutions (deactivate Windows Firewall, add Trados to the exceptions of Windows Defender) didn't work. 
 I've seen many other users have asked you the same question, but I cannot found any solution. 
 Please help!

 The issue was solved by activating the license offline: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033980
