trying to upgrade from Studio 2017

Hi 
 
 I'm trying to upgrade from Studio 2017 to Studio 2021 and I get the following message : 
 
 "Sorry, we had to remove 'Upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance to SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance' from your cart as you do not have the licenses to upgrade. 
 This may be because some licenses are already committed to other orders or quotes. If you think you do have sufficient licenses, please let us know via our live chat facility. ." 
 
 Could you help me with this ? I suppose I have the right licenses as I've been working with SDL Trados for the past 10 years...
