Hi!

I'm a first time buyer and recently installed Trados Studio 2021 but was unable to open the programm. I downloaded the .exe-file and installed it without problems but can't get it to open. Everytime I try to open it I get the following error message:

"Dienst SDL.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService konnte nicht gestartet werden"

The error type is System.Management.ManagementException, SystemManagement, Version 4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b0305f7f11d50a3a

Error code: InvalidClass

I haven't been able to activate my license either because of this problem as it won't even let me get that far into the process. I tried deinstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. I tried deleting the .xml-files in the updater folder as recommended in a user threat but they just reappeared again at the next attempt.

Any ideas? What am I doing wrong?
