I purchased the one year subscription license (375 USD) just a few hours ago, but
(1) there is no license listed under my account , though I can log on to the sdl language cloud. all I have is my order number 10000393. Is it normal?
(2) I need to use the sdl machine translation, cause I have a project to translate from Korean to English(US). But I cannot activate the machine translation.
I asked for help through the chat, and they gave me a link where it says:

Logging in via Language Cloud
1. Go to your Language Cloud account: https://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc/
2. In the Subscription menu, make sure you have the Free subscription package. See this article: How to activate the Language Cloud Machine Translation Free subscription?
3. Go to Trados Studio, add the SDL Language Cloud... provider from Project Settings > Language Pairs > [...] > Translation Memory and Automated Translation > Use...
after logging on to my language cloud account, i CANNOT find the subscription menu.
Or is there any other way that I can use the SDL machine translation on my computer or on the language cloud?
(Don't tell me about the language pair. the SDL site clearly says that it is possible to use the machine translation Korean 'to and from English'
