Activation of Trados Studio 21 Starter

Question

I am having problems with the new installation of Trados Studio 2021 Starter. 
 The initial startup worked perfectly, however, after I tried to install the addin Searchweb I could no longer start Studio 21 Starter. The start process ends with the following message

I tried to inactivate Studio 21 Starter offline but this also fails due to the lack of a deactivation certificate. 
 A solution would be appreciated.

 You cannot use add-ons with the Starter Edition. I suggest you reset. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16 
 So the path would become this: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old 
 If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../
